Directions:-- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Add all ingredients together except chocolate chips into a food processor-- Blend cookie dough together until a smooth, thick dough forms. Add chocolate chips. Pulse a few times to incorporate into dough-- Place dough in fridge to chill for about 15 minutes -- Scoop dough onto cookie sheets lined with parchment paper. Press/roll them into balls and flatten out slightly-- Bake for 7-8 minutes. Depending on the oven, they may still not the done so you can bake another minute or two.
