With the weather heating up, we decided this month to treat ourselves a bit with a healthy smoothie, which is super easy to make and tastes delicious! As with all of these recipes, feel free to experiment a little! Try different types of yogurt, maybe add some berries, or Ingredients:
- 1½ cups Ice
- ¾ cup Orange Juice
- ¼ cup Almond Milk
- 1 container (150g) Full Fat Greek Vanilla Yogurt
- 1 scoop Ascent Lemon Sorbet protein powder
- ½ cup Orange Slices
- Lemon zest topping (optional)
Directions:
- Are you ready for this one? Put all the items listed above in a blender (minus the lemon zest), and blend on high for 30sec, until blended smoothly.
- Top with lemon zest and enjoy!
