Orange Creamsicle Protein Smoothie

With the weather heating up, we decided this month to treat ourselves a bit with a healthy smoothie, which is super easy to make and tastes delicious! As with all of these recipes, feel free to experiment a little! Try different types of yogurt, maybe add some berries, or Ingredients:

  1. 1½ cups Ice
  2. ¾ cup Orange Juice
  3. ¼ cup Almond Milk
  4. 1 container (150g) Full Fat Greek Vanilla Yogurt
  5. 1 scoop Ascent Lemon Sorbet protein powder
  6. ½ cup Orange Slices
  7. Lemon zest topping (optional)


  1. Are you ready for this one? Put all the items listed above in a blender (minus the lemon zest), and blend on high for 30sec, until blended smoothly.
  2. Top with lemon zest and enjoy!

Makes 2 Servings: 235 Calories Each
