The world is unpredictable, and so is our program. Here at Hammer CrossFit, you will rarely perform the same workout twice. Some days are fast and heavy, some are light and long, but all are designed to improve your ability to handle whatever life throws your way.
Our workouts are designed knowing everyone is at a different level in their fitness journey. Whether you’re a hardcore veteran or brand new to CrossFit, we can manage the workout to fit your needs/abilities.
Each of our CrossFit classes, guided by our exceptional coaches, unfolds over a structured 60-minute progression.
1. Briefing: The coach welcomes the class and outlines the day's agenda.
2. Group Warm-Up: Engage in a collective warm-up to gear up for the day's exercises.
3. Instruction & Demonstration: The coach explains and demonstrates the day’s exercises, which typically encompass a strength or skill component followed by a conditioning segment.
4. Guided Workout: Receive expert supervision and guidance throughout, with coaches ready to offer enthusiasm and make corrections as needed.
5. Huddle-Up: Classes conclude with a team huddle and a gentle stretch to wind down.
