Protein Banana Pancakes


  1. Eggs (3 large)
  2. Banana (1)

- It should be pretty ripe, they're easier to mash and taste a little sweeter

  1. Whey Protein Powder (1 scoop)

- Both the Ascent chocolate and vanilla flavors from the gym taste great in these

  1. (Optional) Cinnamon and/or nutmeg, blueberries, chocolate chips, walnuts, powdered peanut butter, etc.

- You can really go ‘nuts’ (get it?!) with additives in your protein pancakes. Experiment and enjoy!Directions

  1. In a large bowl, mix all of your ingredients together until you form a relatively uniform batter-like consistency.
  2. Throw a tablespoon of coconut oil in a pan (medium heat) and pour in your batter. Once you start to see little bubbles in the batter, they're ready to flip over.
  3. Choose to top off with some almond butter, honey, more fruit, maple syrup, dark chocolate chips, or anything your heart desires.
