Ingredients:
- Eggs (3 large)
- Banana (1)
- It should be pretty ripe, they're easier to mash and taste a little sweeter
- Whey Protein Powder (1 scoop)
- Both the Ascent chocolate and vanilla flavors from the gym taste great in these
- (Optional) Cinnamon and/or nutmeg, blueberries, chocolate chips, walnuts, powdered peanut butter, etc.
- You can really go ‘nuts’ (get it?!) with additives in your protein pancakes. Experiment and enjoy!Directions
- In a large bowl, mix all of your ingredients together until you form a relatively uniform batter-like consistency.
- Throw a tablespoon of coconut oil in a pan (medium heat) and pour in your batter. Once you start to see little bubbles in the batter, they're ready to flip over.
- Choose to top off with some almond butter, honey, more fruit, maple syrup, dark chocolate chips, or anything your heart desires.
